The 2018 AELERT Conference will be held over two and half days from Wednesday 14 to Friday 16 February (half day).
Registrations include access to conference sessions, exhibition, and catering (morning/afternoon tea and lunch).
Full registrations include access to the welcome reception and the conference dinner. Day registrations must purchase a ticket to attend these events.

Institution staff cards will not be accepted. The Conference Committee reserves the right to deny this rate to any attendee.
The following costs will apply for day registrations.
Only VISA and Mastercard are accepted. Please note that when you pay by credit card, Conference Logistics will appear on your statement.

All communication with registered delegates will be by email. All registrations will be sent a confirmation letter and tax invoice within five (5) working days of submitting a registration form. If you do not receive the email, please check your SPAM folder prior to contacting the Conference Secretariat as it might have been viewed as SPAM mail by your spam filter.
If your email address has changed since completing the registration form, be sure to advise your new email address to the conference secretariat. If you do not supply an email address your confirmation letter and tax invoice will be faxed or posted.
When you register online you will be provided with a unique link to your online registration summary. This will enable you to edit your details up until the conference.
Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the 2018 AELERT Conference after submitting their online registration are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations must be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations received before 13 January 2018 will be refunded, less an administration fee of $99. Cancellations after 13 January 2018 are not refundable. Exceptions are at the discretion of the Conference Committee.
